As cases of the novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) continue to spread, we’d like to share with you our plans for how we will continue to serve you while we all work towards reducing the level of social contact in the short term.

Office Access Suspended

We remain open for business however office access for walk-in customers and in-person meetings have been suspended. For now, all transactions will be conducted by phone, email or video chat to reduce the risk to our employees and to you.
Serving our clients during these challenging times is our top priority.

Service Level Delays

Since the COVID-19 pandemic is a global event, service levels throughout our industry are being challenged. In some cases, it may take longer to handle change requests or request different coverage options. We will continue to work with our insurance company partners to minimize the impact of this slowdown.

We’ve created a best practices document to keep your business running during the COVID-19 outbreak. This includes developing a response plan, managing employees, and reducing transmission of the disease. There is also a section on workers’ compensation claims with regards to COVID-19.

Payment Options and Claims

Payments – online through your bank
Insurance premiums can be paid using online banking through most major financial institutions. Please follow these steps:

  • Go to the online bill payments section on your banking portal.
  • Add payee – search “Rogers Insurance”.
  • Enter your account number exactly as found on your insurance invoice.
  • Please make sure to NOT select “Rogers” as this will issue payment to Rogers Communications NOT Rogers Insurance.

Payments – via credit card
You can also easily pay by credit card by visiting rogersinsurance.ca/payments. Please note, a 2.5% service fee is added to all credit card transactions

After hours claims reporting
For claims reporting, if you need immediate assistance after hours, please call our 24-hour emergency claims line at 1-866-212-3239.
