Rogers Insurance Group of Companies named one of Canada’s Top Small & Medium Employers 2022

Rogers Insurance Group of Companies has been named one of Canada’s Top Small and Medium Employer’s for the sixth time since the award’s inception nine years ago.

The annual competition is organized by the editors of Canada’s Top 100 Employers and recognizes for-profit companies with less than 500 employees who strive to provide exceptional places to work. Employers are evaluated using eight criteria including: work and social atmosphere; health, financial and family benefits; training and skills development; and community involvement.

Some of the reasons why Rogers Insurance was selected as one of Canada’s Top Small and Medium Employers include: 62.5 per cent of the executive team are women, full-time employees are offered a fully employer-paid health plan, and 50 charity initiatives have been supported across Canada in the past year with the help of 2,500 staff volunteer hours.

Rogers Insurance also offers flex days, a multi-day Christmas party in Kananaskis and the Dream Program where four employees are rewarded annually with up to $10,000 each to realize a once-in-a-lifetime experience.
