Inowest Insurance Brokers Inc. acquires Sylvan Agencies Ltd. in Central Alberta

CALGARY, May 7, 2015 /CNW/ – Rogers Insurance Ltd. is pleased to announce, under the previously formed Inowest Insurance Brokers Inc. brand, the acquisition of Sylvan Agencies Ltd., which operates as Sylvan Agencies in Sylvan Lake, AB and Procom Insurance in Red Deer, AB.

The acquisition of these two brokerages expands the commitment Rogers Insurance made to the Central Albertamarketplace when they purchased Mooney Insurance Agency Ltd. in Red Deer in 2010.
