We take fun seriously at Rogers Insurance. In fact, having fun is one of our four core values.

We work hard to incorporate enjoyment into every day. This includes big celebrations — such as our annual Christmas party in Kananaskis and Halloween costume contest — and also smaller occasions and festive activities — including Valentine’s Day candygrams, gingerbread house decorating, a dog-friendly head office and much more.

“We try and do and have everything we can think of in order for staff to have a good time,” says Lindsay Mather, VP of Human Resources. “It doesn’t all have to be about the work — we’re here for a good time also.”
