the Dogs of Rogers

Have you ever wondered what it would be like if you could bring your best friend to work? Or at least, your four-legged best friend? More than five years ago we had a pigeon problem, so our COO brought his dog in to scare them off. Following that escapade, several employees asked if they could also bring their dogs in. The idea hadn’t come up before, so the leadership team looked into the feasibility. After research, employee surveys and speaking to everyone about the possibility, we launched our dog policy in 2010.
