Rogers wins a Kealy Award for excellence in community involvement!
The Rogers Insurance Management team is 250 dedicated employees and the largest employee-owned brokerage in Alberta. They believe that if their staff are engaged in the community and given opportunities, with support, to volunteer and raise charitable funds they will be more satisfied with their job. They believe in taking the human approach to their industry and employees. They continue to make an impact in the community through fund-raising, volunteerism and various community projects.
