PERSONAL CLIENTS: ADVICE ON WINDSTORM CLAIM : If you have experienced damage to your property or vehicle due the severe windstorm on Sunday, November 27,2011, please be aware that all our insurance companies are handling a large volume of new claims and are responding to the reported claims as quickly as possible. Please do try to mitigate your loss, take photographs of the damage and hire contractors to complete temporary repairs. These documents can be presented to the adjuster when he is on the scene. Your Rogers broker is here to report your claim and assist you in any way they can. Please do not hesitate to call your broker with any questions or concerns on your claim.
AUTOMOBILE LIAIBLITY AWARD: May, 2009 Ontario Supreme Court of Justice awarded $18,010,726 for a single vehicle, single auto-injury victim. The accident happened August 2, 2002.
