Peter is the founder of Rogers Insurance and was President for 26 years. As Chairman,
he provides the benefit of his experience and wise counsel to the management team.

Lee Rogers
President
As President, Lee is responsible for the overall operations and direction of the
firm. In Lee’s more than 15 years with Rogers, he has directly performed most
functions within the company and utilizes his strengths as a leader and a motivator
to coach the Rogers team. He is always focused on ensuring that our relationships
and service remains the best in the industry.

Chief Operating Officer
Bruce has worked with brokerages across Canada as a leading consultant to the insurance
industry and brings a wealth of experience to Rogers. As COO, Bruce is responsible
for the day–to–day function of the organization.

Vice President - Personal Lines
Having worked as a Personal Lines Manager at a large international firm, Mary brings
a wealth of insurance expertise to Rogers. Mary achieves great results for all of

Marketing Manager
